Aug 2022 Update

We would love to share with you all an update on our support raising and how the process has looked for us! As Chloe and I have been fundraising for our trip to Costa Rica, it has been a humbling and grace-filled process. The beginning had started off slow, and it was discouraging to us at first. We weren't sure how we could get to our goal of $37,000 in time. It was daunting. It humbled us to continued prayer and trust in the people God had prepared to put in our path. It grounded us in our faith and deepened our character. Matthew 6:33

33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. This verse reminded us of the importance in seeking His Kingdom first, and that He would make a way as we continued to set our hearts on Him. And by His grace alone have we seen miracles take place.

We are now only $12,500 away from making this trip possible! We have amassed a great amount of support, and seen God provide in ways we couldn't imagine such as $5,000 raised in one day! He had strengthened our faith in the waiting. It has been a blessing to partner with others, and a testimony to God's goodness! Chloe and I are committed to walking alongside donors and share the testimonies that come to pass through their generosity. We will be doing that through these emails and sharing links to video updates throughout out time there. So what next? We are praying to head out before September ends. We ask for big prayers from you as we prepare for this transition, and on the number of $12,500. As always, we invite you to reach out and get connected with us whether on call or in person.
